1989:

• Established in Neihu, Taiwan.

•  Established our EMI test lab in Taoyuan and acquired FCC/USA, VCCI/Japan, Nemko/Norway accreditation at the same time.

• Between 1990 and 1997, CCS expanded our operation scope year after year and acquired A2LA's accreditation in 1997. At the same time, we were allowed to issue FCC Doc/USA & CE Doc/ European Union test reports.
• Established Components Trading Division to sell EMI/ESD Components and Systems Integration Division to plan & build chambers for customers in China & Taiwan.

•  Established our Shenzhen Lab in China.

• Established our Kunshan Lab in Eastern China. The 10M chamber in Kunshan has been recognized as a designated lab by leading global enterprises, including. Dell, Apple, Toshiba, HP, & Canon.  

• Established our RF Certification Center and Safety Lab in Wugu.
• Invested in EN55020 Testing in Shenzhen. Capable of performing CE Testing on AV appliances.
• By merging with ECOM in ITRI , CCS acquired RCB accreditation qualification and was able to provide service in two additional regions.

• Established our Suzhou Lab.
• Provided the first DFS Test & Certification Service in Taiwan.
• Became IDA0Cab of Singapore Accreditation Unit.
• Designated as one of six WFDCLs (WiMAX Forum Designated Certification Laboratory).
• Officially accomplished the first DFS Wireless AP Testing, documents filed and recognized by the FCC. This was the first time the FCC had ever accredited and recognized an independent lab.
• Established Digital TV Testing Division.
• Established Automotive EMC Testing Division.
• Established 3D Antenna Pattern Testing Division.
• Established Tainan Safety Test lab.

• Established Mobile Communication Lab in Neihu to provide Conformance Test Service.
• Established IMA Division to provide Certification & Accreditation services throughout Taiwan, USA, Canada, Japan and the European Union.

• Developed conformance testing in mobile communications products.

• Established 10m Chamber in Wugu.
