Major changes are published by “The State Committee of Ukraine on Technical Regulation and Consumer Policy” in regards the new requirement of Ukraine Certification and logo as follows: 
 
l          EMC DoC will be mandatory starting from Jan. 1st 2011 and Safety DoC will be temporarily be enforced starting from year 2012. The UkrSEPRO certification for EMC and Safety approval should still be applied and will be fully replaced by the EMC DoC & Safety Doc scheme starting from year 2012.
 
l          EMC DoC conformity marking is a mandatory sign, products & packaging should be labeled for market surveillance and customs clearance inspection purpose.

Remark: 3 of approvals will be issued for each Ukraine application submitted in 2011. One is the UkrSEPRO certification for Safety+EMC, another is the EMC DoC for EMC part and the other is Safety DoC for Safety part. The UkrSEPRO (Safety+EMC) certificate will no longer be valid and will be replaced by Safety DoC starting from year 2012.
